Terms & Conditions:
1. Wedding wine promotion price is only applicable for minimum confirmed order of 2 cartons.
2. Consignment only applies with minimum confirmed order of 2 cartons & above.
3. Free storage of wines for up to 3 months.
4. Upfront full payment to be paid upon confirmation, any unconsumed wines will refund upon returning within 2 working days.
5. Cancellation of orders:
a. 50% of the payment will be levied upon cancellation of order if less than 2 weeks notice before the delivery date.
b. 75% of the payment will be levied upon cancellation of order if less than 1 week notice before the delivery date.
6. Free delivery service to one destination for 2 cases & above.
7. Free food & wine pairing service.
